Not one to leave reviews often, but our 6yr old was developing anxiety and this cute little creature has helped tremendously. Her staple stuffed animals have all been sidelined now that this little guy is in her world.
The vibrations, mumbles and heartbeat feel/sounds keep her engaged. It’s a great tool too because she feels like her petting him helps calm him down as his heart rate slows and she tells him not to worry and to have a positive inner voice lol. Great tool to reinforce the coping skills we teach her

Yale uses a system called RULER that, in short, helps recognize emotions, learn vocabulary to describe feelings, and gives children, teachers, educators, and parents the tools to help regulate emotions with all sorts of strategies (I recommend it to anyone and everyone).
